Bengelsberg accepts economic responsibility if products are damaged or go missing during transport. Should a product be damaged upon arrival, you are required to contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving the product.
We do not accept economic responsibility for products that are damaged or go missing during the transport of returns.
Non-picked up goods
If you fail to collect your order, we reserve the right to charge you for all costs that occur when handling your order and shipment back to the Bengelsberg depot. This cost will be deducted from your initial payment for the order.
Incorrect, misplaced or duplicated orders
If a Bengelsberg customer receives an incorrect and/or duplicate order, Bengelsberg reserves the right to require all products to be returned in their original condition. The customer is required to return the product(s) to Bengelsberg with no exceptions. Bengelsberg is responsible for paying any shipping charges that occur during the return process.
In the event that a product is listed with an incorrect price due to a technical error or human mistake by Bengelsberg personnel, we reserve the right to cancel the order. We will refund the customer’s payment and inform them of the situation.
Violation of rules
Bengelsberg.com reserves the right to cancel and refund any orders suspected to be fraudulent or otherwise harmful. We do this to ensure the safety of our customers’ transactions.
Bengelsberg.com also reserves the right to seek all legal and equitable remedies available for violations of these Terms and Conditions, including the right to block access to the site.
Individuals violating restricted or password-protected areas of the site may be subject to prosecution.
Force Majeure
In the event of Force Majeure, Bengelsberg.com’s obligations are postponed. The contract between you and Bengelsberg.com may in such cases be partially or fully terminated by either party.
A Force Majeure event includes situations such as war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, electrical failure, telephone or internet service outages, natural disasters, or similar events.
Under such circumstances, Bengelsberg.com will do everything within our ability to resolve the situation for our customers as quickly and completely as possible.
