Right to Cancel an Order

You have the right to cancel any order placed on bengelsberg.com within 14 days of receiving your item(s).

To register your return, please contact us at returns@bengelsberg.com within this 14-day period. You will need your order number and the email address used at checkout.

To meet the cancellation deadline, your cancellation request must be submitted before the 14-day period expires.

Effects of Cancellation

If you choose to cancel your order:

We will reimburse you in full, including payments for the purchased item(s).
Your refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request.
Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless you have explicitly agreed to an alternative.
You will not be charged any fees for the refund.

Please note that we may withhold the refund until the returned goods have been received and inspected.

Returning the Goods
